Practice Nurse – Permanent Part-Time (4 Days, Perth – Eastern Suburbs)
Location: Kalamunda, Eastern Suburbs, Perth
Salary: $35–$40 per hour plus super
A well‐established, accredited GP clinic in Kalamunda is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join its friendly, supportive team. This is a permanent part‐time role working Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekend or evening work. The clinic is part of a respected WA medical group and offers a stable environment, robust clinical systems, and the opportunity to train in areas where you may need support.
About the Role
You'll work across a mix of general practice nursing duties, including immunisations for children and adults, health assessments, chronic disease management, ECGs and spirometry, dressings and wound care, INR and BSL, iron infusions (training available), ear syringing, recalls, care plans, patient follow‐up and general support to GPs and the broader clinical team. This role suits a nurse who enjoys autonomy, a steady routine and a positive team culture.
About You
You will need current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, child and adult immunisation certification, experience in general practice or a similar clinical environment, strong communication and patient care skills, the ability to work both independently and within a team, CPR certification and a Working With Children Check or Police Check. Training is available for areas where you may not yet be fully confident.
