Ensuring our organisation meets accreditation standards and regulatory obligations is crucial to delivering safe, high-quality services. We seek a Compliance Specialist who will play a key role in this endeavour.
This part-time role (3 days per week) requires:
* Coordinating compliance, risk management processes and submitting documentation on time
* Conducting internal audits, reviews and implementing continuous improvement plans
* Managing accreditation and reporting requirements
* Providing training and support to staff on compliance standards
* Liaising with government bodies and peak organisations
About You:
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Compliance, Auditing or Quality Management (or equivalent)
* Knowledge of quality and risk management systems
* Strong organisational, communication and critical thinking skills
* Ability to train and support staff in compliance requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (regional experience desirable)
