About the role.
We are seeking suitably qualified service electricians to complement our team within the Engineering Services division at our Berrimah office. This role be responsible for fulfilling our client's requirements for works as varied as test and tag, to fault-finding, to light industrial works, through to minor projects.
Key responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
* Complete requisite safety documentation prior to task commencement, such as Take-5s and SWMS.
* Perform a varied range of works.
* Deliver clear information to the sales team on tasks requiring additional works.
* Collaborate with Division and Commercial Managers throughout the tender negotiation process.
* Manage project delivery safely, on-time and within budget.
* Development of project deliverables, such as Operations and Maintenance Manuals and as-builts.
* Handover of DLP scope to the Service Supervisor and contribute to successful project close-out.
About you.
* Unrestricted NT electrical license.
* Construction industry white card.
* LVR/CPR.
* Working with Children Check (Ochre Card), or ability to obtain.
* Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Baseline clearance.
* Hold full Australian working rights – Visa sponsorship not available.
* Current valid manual driver's license.
* Local to the greater Darwin region – this is not a FIFO position.
* Working knowledge of relevant standards, legislation and Power and Water Technical Publications.
* Ability to partake in an on-call roster.
* Ability to work remote when required.
* Basic skills in Microsoft Office suite i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel (desirable).
* Working at heights and High Risk Work License (WP) (desirable).
