About the Role
As a community-based Physiotherapist on the Sunshine Coast, you'll play a vital role in supporting elderly clients to achieve their physical goals and live independently for as long as possible. Working in their homes, you'll provide tailored care that empowers them to live their best life.
As a community Physiotherapist:
* Provide in-home physiotherapy services to assist with mobility, pain management and strengthening
* Development of individual care plans to achieve personalised functional outcomes
* Falls prevention, education and strength training work all included in position
* Collaborate closely with the local community teams and key stakeholders
* Incorporate a holistic approach to health care that incorporates healthy living activities according to community and organisational priorities

What we need from You:
* Currently registered as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
* Prior Community Experience highly desirable
* Ability to provide high quality treatment and intervention
* Police Check (dated within the last 3 years)
* Australian working rights
* Own vehicle and QLD Drivers licence
