Your new role:
In this advanced clinical role, you will provide specialised Social Work services within Bayside CYMHS to support high-quality care for children and young people with severe and complex mental health needs.
* Deliver advanced clinical assessment, treatment planning and expert Social Work consultation for complex cases.
* Provide high-level clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to HP3/HP4 clinicians and students.
* Lead service-wide initiatives including clinical education, skill development, and evidence-based practice improvements.
* Represent Social Work and CYMHS on internal/external networks, contributing high-level clinical expertise and service improvement insights.
About you:
You are an experienced and innovative Social Worker who demonstrates advanced clinical capability and a passion for improving outcomes for young people.
* Advanced clinical expertise in child and youth mental health, delivering high-quality, consumer-centred services in complex presentations.
* Strong communication, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience navigating specialist service environments and innovative models of care.
* Proven ability to mentor and support less experienced clinicians, ensuring safe, sustainable and high-quality service delivery.
* Demonstrated leadership in clinical service improvement, research, protocol development or quality initiatives.
