Contractor Coordinator Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Contractor Coordinator at our refinery in Western Australia.
You will provide expert advice and assistance to both the Operational area and individual Contractor teams, ensuring required works are delivered safely and efficiently.
Key tasks include:
* Facilitating and removal of barriers preventing delays
* Mentoring and supporting individuals involved in contractor engagement and management
* Engagement and relationship building between Contractors and personnel
* Ensuring open and honest communication continues
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Contractor Coordination or similar
* Extensive knowledge of process operations and maintenance activities
* Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including mentoring individuals and developing teams
* Excellent environmental, health and safety leadership
* Strong communication, influence and negotiation skills
You will also need a Trade Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline and a Diploma of Project Management or similar would be advantageous.
