Job Title: State Fertiliser Manager
About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of a national bulk fertiliser strategy across South Australia and Victoria/Riverina.
* Develop and execute a category strategy and business plan to drive fertiliser sales.
* Manage daily fertiliser demand and coordinate timely order placements across branches.
* Execute supplier ranging strategies in alignment with preferred supplier agreements.
* Monitor and optimise inventory levels, financial reporting, and stock management.
* Provide guidance on local market pricing dynamics and support branches with competitive pricing strategies.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive category growth and operational improvements.
