We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong relationships across Sydney's ophthalmology community. This role prioritises high-value, relationship-led business development with a strong focus on conversion quality. You will work independently, meeting decision-makers and converting the right clinics through informed, professional conversations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow relationships with ophthalmologists, practice managers, and clinics
* Conduct 3–5 high-quality sales meetings per day with strong conversion outcomes
* Plan and manage your own territory and schedule
* Position our service as a long-term strategic partner
* Identify new opportunities and re‐engage inactive clinics
* Provide concise weekly activity and pipeline updates
About You
* Former medical or pharmaceutical sales representative
* Well‐known within the Sydney ophthalmology network
* Existing relationships with ophthalmologists and practice managers
* Highly self‐motivated and comfortable working independently
* Professional, energetic, and results‐driven
