A central agency seeking an APS4 Reporting and Communications officer to join the Delivery and Support Branch.

In your new team as a reporting and communications officer, you will have the opportunity to provide administration support with high motivation. This work will involve dealing with a range of tasks, someone who is diligent and able to work across a range of tasks would see success in this role. This position required a highly passionate and energetic individual who can work under general direction with high level organisation skills.
Your primary responsibilities are:
- Manage and facilitate reporting processes
- Provide secretariat support for a number of groups across the branch including but not limited to preparing minutes and meeting notes, setting up of meetings and following up of correspondence
- Review monthly financial reporting, using Tech One
- Update information used across the Department, SharePoint, and Intranet pages
- Manage and respond to enquiries within a shared inbox, directing where appropriate
- Update, manage and maintain records and information
- Ensuring the APS Code of Conduct is always adhered to
**What you'll need to succeed**
You must be an Australia citizen and possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a Baseline Personnel Security Clearance.
