About the Role:
As a Community Physiotherapist, you will deliver evidence-based care to clients across the Central Coast region. Your role involves supporting clients through the Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence.

What You'll Do:
• Deliver services to a diverse caseload, including orthopaedic, neurological, cardiorespiratory and gerontological clients.
• Help clients recover from injuries, surgery & acute or chronic conditions.
• Develop tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs
• Conduct mobility and falls prevention assessments
• Work closely with clients and families to achieve functional goals
About you:
• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
• Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
• Experience in community-based Physiotherapy or hospital setting desirable
