About The Role
We are hiring top sales professionals who are passionate and eager to excel within our elite sales organization. Our Business Development Representatives will be the front line in the sales process within an assigned territory, targeting prospective accounts. The ideal SDR candidate should possess a mix of experience, sales intuition, career ambition, team orientation, quota-driven mentality, humility, positivity, confidence, and resilience to rejection.
The candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and be comfortable making high-level conversations with C-suite stakeholders in medium to large organizations. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, familiarity with our tools and processes, and the ability to ramp up quickly are essential.
What You Will Do
Contact potential clients via outbound cold calls and emails.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Proactively seek new business opportunities.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
Demonstrate leadership and effective sales planning.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate effectively across sales teams.
Become a subject matter expert on Abnormal Security's offerings.
Must Haves
6 months to 1+ years of proven experience in sales or a similar role (less experience acceptable for the right candidate).
Ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
Understanding of customer pain points and value correlation.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
Ability to manage multiple requests and meet goals.
Drive, grit, and a team-oriented mindset.
BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with sales techniques, including cold calls.
Nice to Have
Experience with Outreach, Salesforce, Nooks, Zoominfo, SeamlessAi, Regi AI.
