LastK Ventures is a smart parcel locker company revolutionizing last mile delivery. Through our technology platform and locker infrastructure, LastK improves the handoff from courier to customer.
Based in Melbourne, LastK currently serves more than 300 locations across ANZ. LastK is rolling out a public locker network with systems based at locations convenient to the general public such as shopping centers and petrol stations. Couriers including Team Global Express and DHL drop parcels across the network for customer collection.
The Property Acquisition Executive role is primarily finding the best locations for the locker network at attractive rates.
Build our network of locations!
* Research and recommend locations for lockers.
* Build relationships with potential property partners.
* Visit sites and complete site checklist ahead of installation
* Negotiate and secure leases for locker sites at competitive rates.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant industry experience essential, with a strong background in property including property leases.
* Experience in sourcing locations for vending machines, ATM's, EV chargers highly desirable
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* IT literate and with good technical skills experience getting up to speed with new systems. You'll be working with our proprietary web dashboard, our CRM system (Pipedrive), and G Suite.
* Capacity to work independently and remotely with our hybrid Melbourne-based sales team.
