The Manager position in RSM Australia's Audit and Assurance division is a key role, focusing on effective project management and staff supervision. Our regional audit practice serves clients across rural and urban Australia, with diverse industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects and staff within the division, contributing to business unit goals
* Engage with clients, ensuring high-quality audit services and client satisfaction
* Develop and implement business development strategies, including tender preparation and sales presentations
* Mentor and train junior staff members, providing guidance on audit methodologies and procedures
* Collaborate with Partners and Directors on wider business unit management, including budgeting and fee negotiation
Requirements
* 5-7 years of experience in external auditing
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
* Able to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and as part of a team
* Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, with ability to travel for work and training
* CA or equivalent qualification, with knowledge of Corporations Act, Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards
