Overview

Join to apply for the Administration Officer role at Randstad Australia.

This full time position (Monday to Friday) provides high-level administrative support to a government department. You will work closely with senior leadership and committees to contribute to significant initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Communication Hub: Masterly manage and coordinate multiple email accounts, ensuring timely responses and efficient information flow.
- Committee Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for the Chair and/or committee, coordinating documentation, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
- System Savvy: Upload and manage critical information within internal systems.
- Data Excellence: Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage data, create reports, and support analytical tasks.

About You

- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Experience: Experience in a high-level administrative role within government departments and/or the health sector.
- Tech Proficiency: Strong aptitude for learning and using various software applications.
- Objective Experience (Desirable): Prior experience with Objective document management systems is highly regarded.
- Clearance Ready: Ability to obtain and maintain a satisfactory police clearance.
