Authentic Hyderabadi Cuisine Expert
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen in Geelong. As the head of culinary operations, you will be responsible for planning and preparing authentic Hyderabadi dishes while ensuring compliance with Australian food safety regulations.
Key Qualifications:
* At least one year of experience as a commercial cookery expert
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* Passion for Indian cuisine and strong understanding of Hyderabadi flavors
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
