About the Opportunity
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in delivering our organisational strategy by leading the full workforce lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and strengthening our people, culture and safety frameworks.
You will:
* Coach and support leaders across HR, IR, safety and people management.
* Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
* Drive engagement, retention and performance development initiatives.
* Oversee training, learning and organisational development programs.
* Manage statutory workforce reporting and HR compliance.
* Analyse workforce trends, metrics and insights to inform decision‑making.
* Maintain and improve HR, IR, OHS and Volunteer policies and procedures.
About You
You will bring:
* Strong experience in HR leadership across complex environments.
* Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* A proactive, adaptable and solution‑focused approach.
* Relevant HR/IR qualifications.
* Experience in tourism, rail, construction, NFP or volunteer-based organisations (desirable).
* Current Driver’s Licence.
* Certificate IV Training & Assessment (desirable).
