Brunel are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver large-scale commercial projects across SEQ. If you have a track record managing complex builds, tight timelines, and high-profile clients, this role offers autonomy, leadership, and career progression.
You will be responsible for full project delivery, from planning and programming through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. You will lead site and office teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage client relationships with professionalism and confidence.
Responsibilities
* Lead commercial projects from inception to practical completion, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule targets are met.
* Develop and maintain project programs, resource plans, and cost management strategies.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Maintain client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.
* Oversee project controls, risk management, safety, and quality compliance.
* Drive operational efficiency and implement best practice project management systems.
Requirements
* Proven Project Manager with 3+ years in commercial construction, including experience managing $10M+ projects.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
