About The Role
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Handling diverse and challenging legal work including drafting, reviewing and finalising legal documentation
* Negotiating and finalising high-profile complex transactions in various areas including project financing, agriculture and agribusiness lending and business financing solutions
* Providing advisory work across multiple legal areas
* Supporting and working closely with senior practitioners
* Advising leading financial institutions and corporate entities on complex financing arrangements
* Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Melbourne banking and finance practice
* Participating in a high-performing, inclusive and team-driven environment
About You
You have:
* 2-5 years PQE from a banking and finance practice within a reputable law firm or in-house
* Strong technical skills in front end banking and finance and transactional work
* Demonstrated commitment to client service with excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills
