About The Role
The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love. We're looking for a Product Owner to own the Revolut Business website experience and its growth platform to increase website-originated sign‐ups through best-in-class UX, experimentation, SEO, and reliable data/CRM integrations. You'll oversee a product roadmap, including day‐to‐day operations, project execution, and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you'll collaborate cross‐functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your feature.
What You'll Be Doing
* Defining, delivering, and optimising information architecture
* Driving website optimisation across streams (CRO, SEO/GEO)
* Owning data model and pipelines to and from the website
* Adding new components to the CSM and defining associated processes (e.g., chat with sales, gated content, CRM integrations)
* Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals
* Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
* Completely owning your team's products, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
* Working closely with Design and UX teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience
* Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product
* Partnering with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams
What You'll Need
* 3+ years of experience at a high‐growth tech company or in banking/finance‐related business areas (acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
* Expertise in SEO, GEO, and CRO
* 2+ years experience in launching customer‐facing websites
* Outstanding communication skills
* An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices
* High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI‐based prioritisation
* Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
* Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
* A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast‐paced environment
* An entrepreneurial drive to never settle

* Experience working for a digital consultancy
