Job Title: Cash Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cash flow, accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure timely payment of invoices and expenses.
* Process credit notes and debit memos while maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
* Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate strong accounting skills with experience in financial management and bookkeeping.
* Utilize time-management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics D365 is an added advantage.
