About the Role
An exciting newly created opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Support Officer to play a pivotal role within the organisation. Reporting directly to the Director, Corporate Services, you will provide high‑level support to the CEO and Executive team, serving as a key contributor to the smooth and efficient operation of the business. This diverse and influential role will see you coordinating executive administration, managing governance and compliance processes, streamlining systems and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Duties
* Provide high-level executive support with complex diary management and board preparation
* Implement and support business improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance standards and statutory requirements
* Support the CEO with political engagement and advocacy outcomes
* Support the palling and delivery of events
* Maintain political awareness of industry matters
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in business administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
* Proven experience providing executive level support and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
* High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office
* Commitment to service excellence, professionalism and confidentiality
