About the Position
* Conduct thorough risk assessments
* Carry out desktop and onsite audits of workplace health and safety
* Create comprehensive health and safety management system documents, including policies, procedures, and management plans
* Evaluate contractor management plans and prequalification assessments
* SUPPORT incident investigations and safety reviews
* Analyze safety data and prepare detailed reports
* Offer onsite health and safety advisory services and foster strong relationships with clients
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a real-world health and safety environment
* Strong writing and documentation skills
* Confidence in facilitating risk assessments
* Ability to communicate effectively with workers and leaders alike
* Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach
* Adaptability and composure under pressure

* A certificate IV, diploma, or degree in health and safety (essential)
* Auditing or investigation qualifications (desirable)
* The RIIRIS401 qualification (or willingness to obtain it)
