 
        
        **Your role** 
- 12-month Fixed Term contract 
- Responding to ServiceNow IT Support Tickets 
- Setting up or changing company laptops, desktops, or other hardware as required 
- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues 
- Providing a professional service and building effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
**Skills and Experience** 
- 2 years of working experience is advantageous 
- Good technical knowledge 
- Working knowledge of PC hardware and associated peripherals, including the ability to identify and replace faulty components 
- Basic networking skills 
- ServiceNow experience would be highly regarded 
- Be able to hit the ground running - no training required 
- Being able to communicate with a wide range of end-users
