About the role
The Sales Coordinator plays a key support role to ensure our Account Management team have everything they need to spend as much time as possible face-to-face with their clients.
This role not only gets the job done but also anticipates the needs of the team and takes extraordinary pride in helping others achieve their goals.
Reporting into the Senior Sales Associate, the key parts to this role are (but not limited to):
* Daily support to Account Managers: actioning incoming requests via the ticketing board and ensuring timely processing and response, and assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks, including handling quote requests and meeting support
* Systems & data expert: lead the charge on knowing key sales platforms back-to-front, maintain best data management practices and usage integrity
* Process management & improvement: identify areas where the sales team can work more efficiently by applying process improvements and driving consistency across the team
* Work cross-functionally: work closely with other functions on inefficient processes or workflows that impact Account Manager's effectiveness
Skills and experience required
* An administrative superstar with a curious, can-do attitude
* 2+ years' experience in admin, coordination, sales or team support role
* Experience using client management systems and ensuring data is accurate and up to date
* High energy and a solutions-focused mindset
* Structured, process-oriented approach to supporting teams
* Confident in coordinating and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders
* Experience in the IT industry, ideally a managed service provider (MSP) is preferable but not required
