Your new role
JANA has an exciting opportunity for an Investment Analyst to support our Not-for-profit and New Zealand client segments. The focus of these roles is to help contribute to the development of the overall asset allocation and investment strategy for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Presentation of reports and recommendations to clients (usually to Trustee Boards and/or Investment Committees)
* Preparation and presentation of monthly and/or quarterly reports for clients as well as preparation of minor strategy recommendations
* Representation of views on investment matters at internal JANA investment committees
* Liaising with, and responding to ad hoc requests from clients
* Enter, maintain and analyse investment data in IT and investment risk systems
* Contribute to investment manager research through manager interviews over time and data analysis
* Contribute to investment strategy and asset allocation through direct quantitative and qualitative research, and input to JANA's forums
About you

* Strong analytical, mathematical and statistical aptitude
* Aptitude to develop skills to create automated solutions to problems using coding / programming
* A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to details
* Intellectually curious with a growth mindset
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Relevant tertiary qualification(s) required
