The Lord Nelson Brewery are one of Australia's original craft breweries, having launched in The Rocks in the 1980s. If you'd like to brew in such hallowed halls, you're in luck: they're searching for an assistant brewer.

The Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel team is growing and we are looking for an experienced assistant brewer to join the team!
About Us:The Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel is Australia's oldest pub brewery, famous throughout the world for award-winning natural ales. We brew with only malt, hops, yeast and water and with no added sugars, preservatives or additives - ensuring a 100% natural beer.
This a casual, three-day-a-week positionwith the opportunity to increase for the right person. The roile isbased in The Rocks, Sydney.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Brewer: Aminimum of 2 years experience brewing in a brewery.
* Enthusiasm for Craft Beer:A genuine passion for craft beer and brewing.
* Attention to Detail:A keen eye for detail to ensure quality and consistency in our brews.
* Team Player:Ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to our brewery culture.
* Strong Work Ethic:Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing excellent craft beer.
* Travel:Flexibility to travel between our 2 brewery locations (during work hours only).
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the brewing process, including cleaning and sanitising equipment, monitoring fermentation, and packaging.
* Operate brewing equipment and adhere to safety and quality standards.
* Support inventory management and supply chain processes.
* Participate in taste testing and quality control.
* General Bar and Brewery duties.
* Must have a valid RSA
