Community Care Chemist is Geelong's only Profit-for-Purpose pharmacy, with six pharmacies in Greater Geelong. We are looking for a part-time Pharmacist to join our team improving health outcomes for the community.
Based in Lara, this position will suit someone who:
* is enthusiastic about establishing a brand new pharmacy in Lara
* is interested in the expanding scope and services pharmacy has to offer
* wants to build themselves professionally, and have a positive effect on the team and community
Duties include:
* work hours on offer: Thursday 12pm-6pm, Friday 12pm-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-12pm
* providing effective clinical health services and advice from the dispensary or floor, in a patient-focused pharmacy
* promoting whole health solutions
* dispensing and counselling
Skills and Experience
* minimum B. Pharm degree or equivalent, graduates are welcome to apply
* current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* strong product knowledge and the ability to apply towards positive health outcomes
* good communication skills for a range of stakeholders
