We are seeking an individual to play a key role in delivering high quality library and information services to our community.
As a customer-focused team member, you will be responsible for assisting with promotions, displays, and library events, as well as providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
 * Providing excellent customer service to a diverse range of people
 * Assisting with library events and activities
 * Supporting specialist staff with promotional materials and general administrative tasks
 * Developing new skills and contributing to a team environment
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy customer service environment, good computer literacy skills, and a passion for learning new programs.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
