Civil Earthworks Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Operators:Operate and maintain heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and graders, to perform earthworks tasks such as excavation, grading, and compaction.
Supervisors:Oversee and coordinate site activities, manage crews, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaise with project managers and stakeholders.
What We Do
Earthworks for infrastructure development such as roads, highways, and bridges.
Installation of geosynthetic materials for environmental protection and erosion control.
Drainage solutions to manage stormwater and improve site sustainability.
Site remediation and rehabilitation projects to restore and enhance the environment.

Requirements
Relevant experience in civil earthworks (Operators and Supervisors).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in various environments and conditions.
Valid driver's license and relevant certifications (e.g., White Card, HR license for Operators).
