About the role
Jet Convert is recruiting a Partner Support Specialist to help clients transition confidently between accounting systems after their data has been converted. This is not a bookkeeping role. Your focus is on system behaviour, client education and guiding users through the post‑conversion period so they gain stability in their new environment.
The role can begin part‑time (minimum four days per week) with the option to transition to full‑time as capacity and business needs allow.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting clients after conversion and explaining key differences between accounting systems
* Helping clients understand workflow impacts and resolve system‑behaviour issues
* Spotting issues early, diagnosing patterns and escalating where appropriate
* Communicating clearly and calmly with clients during periods of change
* Strengthening internal documentation, processes and conversion insights
* Contributing to a predictable and reliable partner support environment
What you'll bring
* Strong working knowledge of Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks
* Background as an Accountant or Bookkeeper
* Ability to interpret how different systems structure data
* High attention to detail with the ability to identify issues before they escalated
* Calm problem‑solving approach under pressure
* Preference for structured processes and consistent client outcomes
