Stakeholders comprise of key Clinicians in the public and private settings, Nurse Practitioners and Pharmacists. You will work within a highly experienced cross-functional team with a ‘one team’, approach and with a high level of support and resources. Reporting to the National Business Manager for Hematology you’ll lead a Victorian territory for J&J by developing tactical account plans to grow your business whilst contributing to the strategic business strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve sales and activity goals for the territory and state Deliver the therapeutic Hematology sales objectives and targets through cross-functional collaboration Build and maintain professional relationships with target customers Impart highly technical information to key customers Implement a Key Account Management strategy to grow the Hematology portfolio business in your territory ABOUT YOU A person with a successful sales track record in selling ideally to hospital Specialists and other stakeholders Experience working in either; Hematology/Oncology is highly advantageous The ability to uncover customer needs, action insights and adapt your sales approach to suit A high level of business acumen is required with the proven ability to adopt a Key Account Management approach to the business and customer base A strategic mindset with sound competitor awareness High level EQ that facilitates you working well autonomously and as part of a team; and personal commitment to being the best you can be, for our patients, our customers and our company Johnson & Johnson, as a world leader across multiple therapy areas, offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to learn and grow across a broad range of those therapeutic areas.
