Requirements:

* Demonstrable Retail Management experience
* Strong artistic skills or qualification
* Effective communication with Area Managers
* Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience in coaching and developing others
* Alignment with key working principles such as Think Big, Take Risks, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success
