You will: Lead, mentor and support educators to build a positive, collaborative team culture Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Guide the development of engaging learning programs aligned with EYLF and VEYLDF Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community Manage enrolments, staffing and centre operations Lead continuous improvement and quality initiatives across the service You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including an Assistant Director and Educational Leader, allowing you to focus on leadership, quality and team development.
