You'll be part of a dynamic team of A-Players, working in a hybrid role (mix of remote work and on-the-road sales) to drive our presence in QLD health food and specialty retail locations. Collaborating with top athletes, health professionals, and fitness communities, you'll represent a premium brand that's all about elevating performance.
What You'll Do:
* Drive new business opportunities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to hit ambitious targets across QLD health-focused retail sector.
* Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients in health, fitness, and specialty stores.
* Deliver engaging product presentations and demos to showcase our functional coffee blends.
* Manage your territory with exceptional customer service and autonomy.
* Blend remote work (e.g., calls, CRM management) with face-to-face client visits, with occasional travel as needed.
Who You Are:
* A sales rockstar with 5+ years of experience, ideally in health, wellness, or retail sectors.
* Deeply connected to the health and fitness industry, with a pulse on QLD market trends.
* A hybrid sales expert—confident on virtual platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Hubspot) and charismatic in person.
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates seamlessly with a remote team.
* Flexible for occasional travel to expand our brand's footprint.
