The Team

Child and Family Learning Centres (CFLCs) are for children, and their families from pregnancy to five years. The purpose of CFLCs is to improve the health and wellbeing, education and care of Tasmania's very young children by supporting parents and enhancing accessibility of services in the local community.

About The Role

Lead and manage the Child and Family Learning Centre as a place where the wellbeing of children and parents comes first, providing access and delivery to a range of education and health services, together with ensuring the success, accountability, and continuous improvement of the centre.

Essential Qualifications

* A current driver's licence.
* Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration status – employment.

Desirable Qualifications

* An appropriate tertiary qualification, such as a qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Care, Adult Education, Health Care, Community Development, or a related discipline.

The cost associated with obtaining a RWVP is the responsibility of the individual.
