About the Opportunity

Do you enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Central Coast Local Health District is looking for friendly, organised and adaptable Casual Administration Officers to support our Community Team in delivering quality care and services to our local community.

In this Administration role, you will be the first point of contact for many patients, staff and community members, providing professional administrative support with compassion and care.

Responsibilities
* Respond to phone and face‐to‐face enquiries.
* Maintain records and administrative systems.
* Support teams with documentation and reporting.
* Manage data entry, filing, scanning and office administration.
* Assist with day‐to‐day operations across the service.

Vaccination Requirements

All NSW Health workers are required to comply with the Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy Directive. This includes:

* Category A positions: Mandatory evidence of protection against specified infectious diseases, including annual influenza vaccination and tuberculosis assessment.
* Category B positions: Vaccination is recommended but not mandatory.
