Store Operations Manager

This role supports the smooth functioning of the store with a focus on stockroom processes and inventory management.

The Store Operations Manager will lead from the front, inspiring success in all areas of people management and store operations. Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting the Store Manager in managing and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Monitoring and analyzing performance data to drive commercial success and make necessary adjustments
* Effectively managing retail operations within a fashion store environment, including stockroom processes and inventory control
* Leading by example and guiding the team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet or exceed customer expectations
* Training team members on brand product knowledge and customer service standards
* Coordinating team members to execute Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards consistently
* Ensuring efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process

Requirements include:

* Experience in retail leadership, particularly in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear, with a focus on inventory management and stockroom processes
