We are looking for a talented and motivated HR Specialist to join our team and provide expert advice to key stakeholders within Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Group and Defence. As a vital contributor to our HR function, you will be responsible for conducting workforce research, analysing data, and engaging with stakeholders to build a highly skilled and qualified workforce.
Your sound judgment and initiative will enable informed government decision-making, and you will excel in providing detailed HR professional and policy advice in complex situations. In this role, you will drive results, work collaboratively with your team, and lead projects to success. Your ability to interpret and manage sensitive information with discretion and adherence to privacy principles is crucial, as you will handle data sets that may contain sensitive information.
