We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate lawyer to join our national Environment & Planning team in our Melbourne office.
Responsibilities include:
Advising on environmental and planning issues related to energy, renewables, and infrastructure projects;
Optimising approval pathways, environmental assessments, planning appeals, biodiversity offsets, licensing, secondary approvals, neighbour agreements, and incident response;
Collaborating with Property and Corporate teams on various projects;
Contributing to the growth and success of the team with career development opportunities.
Qualifications and skills:
Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years' post-qualification experience in environment & planning law;
Energetic, passionate, and interested in energy and infrastructure sectors;
Commercially aware with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills;
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performing team.
