About The Role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for – our friendly service. Working throughout the store, Team Members perform a variety of tasks from restocking shelves, displaying fresh Fruit & Veg, to picking orders for online customers and serving as the last friendly faces customers see as they leave the store.
What You'll Do
* Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies
* Follow policies and procedures to keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe, including reporting hazards
* Help customers by answering questions or guiding them to products throughout their shopping journey
* Keep shelves fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
* Shop for online customers to ensure they receive what they need
