Deputy Boutique Manager – Karrinyup Boutique (Start date: July 2026)


Responsibilities

* Act as a brand ambassador, supporting the Boutique Manager with all daily retail duties.
* Play an active role in increasing boutique sales and individual contribution to turnover, driving global objectives.
* Analyze store retail KPIs, identify business opportunities, implement 360° action plans, and ensure follow‑up and feedback sharing.
* Stay updated on the watch industry, local market competitive environment, and anticipate business accordingly, leveraging local market opportunities.
* Take full responsibility for boutique performance on all aspects in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
* Ensure team motivation and cohesion to reach boutique goals.
* Act as point of contact for both teams and boutique/market management, serving as a privileged interface when necessary.
* Maintain strong shopfloor presence, support and coach team members, give feedback, and develop them in their roles.
* Promote a positive, inclusive, supportive work environment in line with group values.
* Contribute to the successful onboarding of newcomers.

* Ensure outstanding service for all visitors, train and debrief teams on client experience excellence.
* Embed Tag Heuer brand DNA, act as passionate ambassador in and outside the boutique, especially at events.
* Define grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising proactively, aligning with luxury standards and internal guidelines.

* Set and follow clienteling action plans (outreaches, appointments, sales from appointments).
* Collect qualitative client data, leverage it to address clients personally and grow business opportunities.
* Plan and participate in events in line with brand strategy and guidelines.
* Oversee boutique operational processes, front and back, with full autonomy per internal guidelines (inventory, cash, security, opening and closing).
* Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
* Supervise store expenses and maintenance.
* Show proactivity to.Clock? (challenge and improve processes).


Qualifications

* Management experience in a luxury/retail environment.
* Mastery of selling skills and sales KPIs.
* Knowledge of brand DNA & history and brand collections.
* Creative business driver, results‑oriented.
* Client‑centric mindset, focused on recruiting and growingರೂ active client base.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
* Agile manager who can multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
* Flexibility, fast learner.
* Autonomy and sense of ownership.
* Pragmatism and resilience.
* Passion for new trends in lifestyle, arts, new technologies, and sports.
