**A typical day will have you**:
- Complete administrative and operational tasks in a timely and accurate manner to support the operating capacity of the regional team
- Provide financial administration and support to the Home Care team - processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Assist in the coordination of office services to ensure the regional team operates effectively and efficiently
- Coordinate office services, regularly reviewing regional administrative tasks and prioritising in collaboration with other team members
- Support the delivery of services by maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of data in the client management system
- Provide reporting on a range of areas to the Regional Operations Team Leader
**We're looking for someone with**:
- TAFE qualifications in Certificate IV or Business Management and/or administration or a related field or equivalent experience
- High level of computer literacy in all MS office programs
- Demonstrable experience in working within a busy team and performing a variety of administration tasks
- Demonstrates good written communication skills, has high attention to detail along with strong financial knowledge
- Demonstrates knowledge and experience in office protocol and display strong initiative and excellent time management skills.
