Embark on a distinguished career as an Information Analyst in a prestigious Federal Government Agency, providing critical support to the Information Manager and other Business Services stakeholders.
This opportunity is available across ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, and VIC locations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the helpdesk services for staff, offering expert advice, support, and training on general information management, governance policies, procedures, and compliance.
* Manage and regularly update intranet pages for the Information and Record Management Team, as well as ICT and Data Branch's governance documentation.
* Collaborate in the lifecycle management of electronic information within the agency's business information systems, ensuring adherence to guidelines and Agency policies and procedures.
* Demonstrate expertise in developing compliance frameworks to support Machine Learning initiatives.
* Perform complex information searches and e-discovery processes as required.
* Provide Secretariat support to working groups focused on information governance.
Essential Requirements:
* Prior experience in information asset management in Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint.
* Familiarity with Information, Records and Security legislation, Government Policies and procedures, such as Archives Act 1983.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
