What You'll Be Doing
* Handling a variety of inbound customer service and sales calls.
* Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions and products.
* Building rapport and providing a positive experience in every conversation.
* Meeting achievable goals in a supportive environment.
* Using systems to manage customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
* Ability to work weekends in a rotating roster (penalty rates).
* Must be based in the Greater Brisbane Area and eligible to work full‐time.
* Strong communication skills — confident, friendly, and easy to talk to.
* A proactive, goal‐oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
* Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
* Open to feedback and eager to develop your skills.
* Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred — but not essential.
