About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join our fast‑paced Commercial Plumbing & Gas team at PERINA GROUP PTY LTD .
This role is central to the seamless coordination of our commercial maintenance, commercial emergency works, and occasional commercial project work. You'll be responsible for managing technician schedules, allocating jobs efficiently, and ensuring rapid response to urgent callouts across our commercial client base.

What You'll Be Doing
* Schedule and coordinate daily commercial plumbing and gas maintenance works
* Manage commercial emergency callouts and prioritise urgent jobs appropriately
* Allocate technicians and manage workflows through Simpro
* Communicate clearly with commercial clients, strata managers, contractors, and internal teams
* Maintain accurate job notes, updates, and scheduling records
* Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as priorities shift
* Support commercial project work with planning and labour allocation
* Identify delays, bottlenecks, and provide proactive, solutions‑focused responses
* Work closely with operations and field teams to ensure smooth daily delivery
What We're Looking For
* Experience in maintenance scheduling, trade coordination, emergency dispatch, or similar
* Minimum 1‑2 years of maintenance scheduling experience required
* Simpro experience is highly desirable
* Understanding of commercial plumbing/gas service environments (preferred but not essential)
* Backgrounds such as emergency call centre, medical reception, service coordination, or strata administration are also valued
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
* Experience within a commercial plumbing, gas, electrical, HVAC, or trades‑based company is a strong advantage
* Must have Australian work authorisation or be eligible for visa sponsorship
