Overview

Be a part of transforming Australia's digital landscape as a Customer Field Technician. You'll make a real impact on everyday Australians in this customer‐facing role where you'll see the happy faces you help. Located in the Sydney metro area, this autonomous role involves installation, repair, and maintenance of nbn products and services across all nbn technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install cabling (copper, fibre, HFC) including jointing, jumpering, and splicing.
• Install Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair faults in nbn cabling networks and CPE.
• Execute field tasks across all nbn technologies while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Work independently with a flexible schedule between 7am and 7pm based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience or transferable skills in communication cabling, electrical work, or related fields.
• Exceptional customer‐service skills and the ability to work independently with honesty and integrity.
• Current and clean Driver's License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A motivation to be self‐managed and proactive in a fast‐pace environment.
