Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts in the Food Service Channel, including HoReCa, Distributors, and QSRs. They will work closely with senior decision makers and influencers to develop strategic plans and drive business growth.
* Manage day-to-day requests and requirements of assigned accounts.
* Oversee stock levels through various sales channels, ensuring quality control.
* Create relationships with prospects at every level, engaging with senior decision makers and influencers.
* Own customer relationships by setting strategic and tactical plans, becoming a trusted advisor for better business outcomes.
* Provide excellent internal and external stakeholder service and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Ideal exposure to the Food or Beverages categories or similar.
* Exposure to the Food Service (HoReCa, Distributors, QSR etc).
* Ability to manage multiple customers across various channels.
* Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with various departments (Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance).
* Analytical mindset with ability to utilize sales data.
* Track record of building profitable relationships.
