You will effectively manage the day to day operations through your schedule/workload to ensure "best service delivered to every customer, every time". Responsibilities: Directing work and jobs to RV technicians Monitoring workshop staff performance and productivity Identifying technical issues Overseeing repairs Providing support to technicians Ensuring work is completed on time Completing quality work as per repair orders Identifying additional work where required Working with Service Advisors to provide customer feedback Ability to step up and manage the Service Centre in Service Mgrs absence.
