We are seeking an Experienced Client Service Coordinator to manage the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle for participants, while acting as a central coordination point across internal teams.
This is a senior coordination role requiring confidence, independence, and the ability to manage competing priorities within a growing service environment.
About the Role
The Client Service Coordinator plays a central role in managing the participant journey and ensuring services are coordinated, responsive, and compliant.
The organisation is in a period of operational strengthening, with a clear focus on improving role clarity, decision-making boundaries, and escalation pathways.
This role is intended to operate with increasing independence and authority, supported by leadership and evolving systems.
You will be trusted to exercise judgement, manage issues proactively, and elevate matters appropriately, while contributing to a more consistent and sustainable service delivery model.
Client Intake & Service Lifecycle
Managing referral enquiries and intake processes
Coordinating participant onboarding and service commencement
Supporting ongoing service delivery, participant reviews, and changes to supports
Service Coordination & Internal Liaison
Acting as the service delivery liaison between scheduling, recruitment, and the clinical RN to ensure supports are appropriately resourced and clinically informed
Using NDIS platforms (including ShiftCare) to manage service delivery information
Supporting compliance with safeguarding requirements, participant rights, and NDIS service standards
Coordinating responses to operational issues, including shared on-call responsibilities as required
Complaints, Feedback & Safeguarding Awareness
Acting as the primary point of contact for complaints and feedback
Coordinating appropriate responses, investigations, and resolutions
Maintaining awareness of safeguarding and incident obligations, with clear escalation pathways
Additional Exposure & Contribution
Actively supporting social media and marketing coordination activities
Contributing to content updates, basic campaign activity, and provider communications
Participating in staff induction and workplace training activities
Contributing to the ongoing improvement of systems, tools, and ways of working
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in NDIS, disability, or health service coordination
Confidence working independently and making decisions within agreed boundaries
Experience using NDIS service platforms (ShiftCare experience highly regarded)
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Interest or experience in social media and marketing coordination (highly desirable)
Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
