About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive advanced SEO strategies, manage a team of specialists, and work directly with high-profile clients to deliver measurable growth.
You'll bring deep technical SEO expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead with both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, off-page, and content optimisation.
Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering growth and excellence.
Manage client relationships and provide strategic recommendations and performance insights.
Conduct technical audits, analyse site performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with content, SEM, CRO, and development teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
Oversee link-building and digital PR initiatives to build authority and visibility.
Optimise for local and international SEO, including schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and hreflang tags.
About You
5+ years of SEO experience, ideally within an agency environment.
Proven ability to manage large-scale SEO campaigns and enterprise-level sites.
Confident team leader with experience mentoring and upskilling others.
Strong technical knowledge across site architecture, page speed, crawlability, and analytics.
Proficient with tools such as GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to clients.
Experience with AI-driven or automation SEO tools is a plus.
